The Ebony Cachalot X NICOLAS FAVARD

THE CACHALOT
The first models of the iconic "Cachalot" (sperm whale) were conceived and crafted at sea nearly 30 years ago.
Today, the blades, handles, and sheaths are entirely made in our workshop with passion and precision.
The whale's mouth is an inlay of wood veneer.
The knife is designed to fit perfectly in the hand. It is as beautiful to look at as it is pleasant to hold.
From the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, everything is meticulously crafted in our workshop with passion and dedication.
NICOLAS FAVARD
An adventurer in search of ancestral teachings in the art of jewelry-making, then a highly creative jeweler, Nicolas Favard delves deep into the soul of his subjects to create miracles.
After traveling through Asia for 15 years, he returned to La Rochelle in 2018 and set up his workshop in the La Pallice district to bring his craftsmanship to life. A creator of unique pieces, emotion drives his work.
Together, we designed a Cachalot (sperm whale) knife featuring a precious stone inlay to form the eye of the animal. Elegant and refined.
To protect it in your pocket or wear it on your belt, Audrey, the workshop's leatherworker, creates customizable sheaths and cases with your initials hot-stamped (personalization included).
