Article 1 - Purpose
These conditions govern sales by the company SASU FAROL whose head office is located at 1 rue de Québec 17000 La Rochelle registered with the RCS of La Rochelle under the Siret number 40908141100020 and the Intracommunity VAT number FR51409081411
Article 2 - Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable.
All orders are payable in euros.
SASU FAROL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of SASU FAROL until full payment of the price.
Article 3 - Orders
You can order online at www.farol.fr.
The Buyer must have the legal capacity to place an order on the website www.farol.fr.
The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.
SASU FAROL reserves the right not to record a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever.
Article 4 - Validation of your order
Any order confirmation on the website www.farol.fr implies your full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
The order confirmation will be worth signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
A summary of your order information and these General Conditions will be sent to you in PDF format via the email address confirming your order.
Article 5 - Payment
By validating your order, you are obligated to pay the price indicated.
Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card using the secure Stripe system.
The products ordered remain the property of SASU FAROL until full and final payment of the order, including taxes. In the event of non-payment, the Buyer is required to return the products concerned to SASU FAROL, return costs at his expense, under penalty of legal action. Any attempt at fraudulent use of a means of payment will also be subject to legal action.
Payment in installments with Alma
Payment in installments/deferred payments is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.
Purchase amount: Only purchases between €50 and €2,000 are eligible for payment with Alma.
Alma Fees:
3X: 1.59% per transaction
4X: 2.39% per transaction
Alma is a telepayment manager and issues an electronic certificate which will serve as proof of the amount and date of the transaction in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1316 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Termination: Any termination of the T&Cs binding the Seller and the customer shall result in the termination of the T&Cs between Alma and the customer.
Article 6 - Withdrawal
The request must be made by mail or by e-mail below: contact@farol.fr. In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Products personalized by engraving or hot stamping cannot be returned.
Returns must be made in their original condition. In this context, you are liable. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal.
The return costs will be borne by the Buyer. The return of the products must be made to the following address: SASU FAROL, 1 rue de Québec 17000 La Rochelle. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company SASU FAROL will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Article 7- Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the website www.farol.fr and within the limits of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.
Article 8 - Delivery
The delivery costs are €4.95 for delivery by Mondial Relay and €9.95 for delivery by Colissimo in mainland France. €14.95 for other destinations.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of deliveries by a carrier, SASU FAROL cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposed appointments.
Article 9 – Complaints
Any complaints must be sent by email: contact@farol.fr or by post to: SASU FAROL 1 rue de Québec 17000 La Rochelle.
Article 10 - Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation.
SASU FAROL cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the product purchased.
The photographs and descriptions of the products are not contractual and therefore cannot engage the responsibility of SASU FAROL.
Article 11 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
Article 12 - Personal data
SASU FAROL reserves the right to collect personal information and data about you. They are necessary for the management of your order as well as for the improvement of the services and information that we send you.
They may also be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This information and data is also retained for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal information and data concerning you, directly on the website.
