We ship by Colissimo against signature for mainland France and by the mode of transport that seems most appropriate to us for other destinations. As soon as the carrier (La Poste, ...) declares that the package or letter has been delivered to the address indicated on the shipment by the customer, our liability is released.

We insure the goods until receipt. In case of non-conformity of the shipment with your order you must notify us as soon as possible without using the goods so that we can make a decision together that suits you best.
