For this knife we chose a "goldsmith" blade with an inclined bolster, forged in the steel of professional kitchen knives. Combined with our cult sperm whale-shaped handle, the result is sublime. And the knife fits the shape of the hand.
Sharp for meat and wide blade for fish, it is ultra-versatile.
Its design was thought out so that the knife stands upright, blade vertical on the table.

Nous garantissons nos couteaux contre tout défaut de fabrication. Si, malgré toute l'attention portée à leur réalisation, un problème lié à la fabrication venait à apparaître, nous nous engageons à examiner votre couteau et à le prendre en charge.
Parce qu'un couteau est aussi un compagnon de longue durée, nous proposons également un service de réparation lorsque les dommages constatés ne relèvent pas d'un défaut de fabrication.

Vous disposez d’un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour demander un retour ou un échange.
