For this knife, we chose a "silversmith" blade with an inclined bolster, forged from the same steel used in professional kitchen knives.
The blade design is a nod to history. Forged and truncated in the style of sailor’s knives from another era, blades were blunted before boarding ships to prevent harm in case of mutiny.
The wenge wood handle gives it an elegant and robust appearance.
The design allows the knife to stand upright with the blade vertical on the table.
Sharp enough for meat and wide enough for fish, it is highly versatile.

Nous garantissons nos couteaux contre tout défaut de fabrication. Si, malgré toute l'attention portée à leur réalisation, un problème lié à la fabrication venait à apparaître, nous nous engageons à examiner votre couteau et à le prendre en charge.
Parce qu'un couteau est aussi un compagnon de longue durée, nous proposons également un service de réparation lorsque les dommages constatés ne relèvent pas d'un défaut de fabrication.

Vous disposez d’un délai de 30 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour demander un retour ou un échange.
