Chef's Encan
Derived from the emblematic “Encan” model, which owes its name to the place where it was imagined and created, the old fish market in La Rochelle.
The “Chef’s Encan” was designed to be ultra-efficient.
Extremely sharp and robust, its long blade allows you to cut large pieces of meat, fish or vegetables with precision. Its lightness and resistance make it an incredibly pleasant knife to use.
The handle is assembled to the blade by a naval frame rivet and a copper rivet serving as an eyelet through which we pass a marine rope, so that you can hang it if necessary.
