Cachalot Slicer
Départ de l'atelier sous 1 à 3 jours ouvrés
Derived from the iconic “Cachalot” designed and manufactured at sea almost 30 years ago.
The “Slicing Cachalot” was designed to be ultra-efficient.
Extremely sharp and robust, its blade allows you to slice herbs without crushing them and to cut vegetables and fruits with finesse. Its lightness and its very ergonomic grip make it an incredibly pleasant knife to use. We polish the blade until it becomes a mirror to give it a crazy elegance.
The sperm whale's mouth is a wooden leaf inlay, its eye is brass and a stainless steel rivet has been inserted as an eyelet with marine rope in the tail, so you can hang it if necessary.
Knife type: kitchen
Handle material: wenge (wood is a natural material, each handle is unique, its color and grain may vary from one knife to another)
Blade finish: mirror polished
Knife size: 29.5cm
