



Multi-purpose Cachalot

Derived from the iconic "Cachalot," designed and crafted at sea nearly 30 years ago.
The "Cachalot Kitchen Knife" has been designed to be highly versatile.
Powerful and durable, it can be used for cutting dense vegetables or large cuts of meat, but also delicately for chopping herbs or onions, thanks to its sharp edge.
The curvature of the blade allows for smooth, fluid movements, and its size offers a wide range of uses. We polish the blade to a mirror finish, giving it an incredible elegance.
The cachalot's mouth is an inlay of wood veneer, its eye is made of brass, and we’ve added a stainless steel rivet serving as an eyelet with a marine cord at the tail, so you can hang it if needed.
From the tip of the blade to the end of the handle, everything is entirely crafted in our workshop with passion and precision.
